Chicken Noodle Loaf

This recipe is really easy to prepare and great to eat. Goes great with spinach salad and whole wheat rolls:
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno peppers
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup chicken stock
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together and press into a loaf tin. Bake for 45 minutes.
Servings: 4-6
